However, unless expressly authorized in writing, you may not use “Future Multiverse” or any other Future Multiverse trademark, for example but not limited to „FXPO“ (Future EXPO) in connection with your Application, company, URLs, products, services, names, or logos that you create.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our Service will cease immediately. You will no longer have access to your account, any data associated with it, or any services provided by our Service. Additionally, we are not obligated to retain any information or data related to your account, nor are we responsible for any loss of data you may experience as a result of the termination

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof (a "Dispute"), you agree to first attempt to negotiate the resolution of the Dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating any formal proceedings. If the Dispute is not resolved through negotiation or mediation, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its arbitration rules. The place of arbitration shall be Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The award rendered by the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

All claims and disputes in relation to our Terms and our Service must be resolved through individual arbitration, and not on a class basis. Claims from multiple customers or users cannot be arbitrated jointly or consolidated with those of others.

These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without regard to the conflicts of laws. Furthermore, your use of the Service mayalso be subject to applicable local, state, national, and international laws.

20. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, it will be revised and interpreted to achieve the intended purpose to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable. Waiver of any breach of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce such terms in the future, nor does it affect the ability to enforce any subsequent breach thereafter.
